1. Reporting infringement on AnimatedWebs

If you believe content on AnimatedWebs infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact form (topic "Copyright / DMCA notice"). Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your notice must include:

• your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is enough);
• identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
• the exact URL(s) of the material on AnimatedWebs you want removed;
• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Incomplete notices may not be processed. Rights holders outside the United States can use the same process.

2. What happens next

When we receive a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly and inform the user who provided it, where we can identify them.

3. Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice through the same form. It must include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

5. False claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

6. Copies of AnimatedWebs templates

Our prompts, live demos, designs, code and the catalog as a whole are protected by copyright and our Terms of Service. We monitor for copies, send takedown notices to hosts, marketplaces and search engines, and may pursue every legal remedy available. If you find our templates, prompts or demos published, resold or shared elsewhere, please tell us.
