It recognises its owner's face, detects objects, follows hand gestures from a plain webcam so a pinch can move a window, and listens for its wake word to answer by voice. It then does real work on the machine: drafting, researching, triaging and building, and it asks before anything it cannot undo. The site stresses that camera, voice and files are processed locally, the core works offline once downloaded, and any OpenAI-compatible model server can be used. Reges Desktop is for individuals; Reges for Business installs on-premises for teams.
