Terms of Service

1. What AnimatedWebs provides

AnimatedWebs offers animated website templates as written build prompts, live demos, and an MCP server that lets AI coding tools search the catalog and retrieve prompts. Templates are marked Free or Pro.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Sharing an account or API key, or letting others use your MCP connection, is not allowed.
• We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, scrape content or bypass limits.

3. Plans, billing and unlocks

• Free accounts include every Free template and 5 Pro template unlocks per calendar month. Starter includes 10 Pro unlocks per month. Pro and Lifetime include every template.
• An unlocked template stays available to you after your plan changes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment for access for as long as AnimatedWebs operates the service.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and may exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days' notice. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

4. License to use templates

• You may use templates you have access to (Free, unlocked, or included in your plan) to build websites and applications for yourself or your clients, including commercial projects, and modify the output freely.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the raw prompts, specs, demo source code or designs as templates, prompt packs, courses, datasets or competing marketplaces; use them to train or fine-tune AI models; or build a service that gives others access to them.
• Templates marked as based on third-party open-source work (for example "Based on ThreeUI Community (MIT)") are provided under that original license, which you must keep with any copy.
• All other templates, prompts, demos, code, shaders, copy and designs are owned by Like a King Inc. and licensed, not sold.

5. Automated access and AI agents

AI assistants and agents may access templates only through the official MCP server or the Copy prompt feature, on behalf of a user who holds the relevant access. Scraping, bulk downloading, extracting prompts from page source or network traffic, or recreating Pro templates for users without a license is prohibited. See /llms.txt.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to bypass access controls, unlock limits or rate limits, or interfere with the service.
• Don't use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.

7. Third-party services

AI tools you connect (such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex) are provided by their own vendors under their own terms. Results produced by AI tools from our prompts vary; we don't guarantee a specific output.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Like a King Inc.'s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections 4, 8 and 10 survive termination.
