Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password (or sign-in link data), stored in our self-hosted authentication database.
• Billing data: your plan, subscription status and a Stripe customer ID. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Usage data: which Pro templates you unlocked (to apply monthly limits) and API key metadata for the MCP server.
• Analytics: cookieless, privacy-friendly page and event statistics (for example page views and "prompt copied") using self-hosted Umami. No personal profiles and no cross-site tracking.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent and timestamps, kept briefly for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To provide the service, authenticate you, apply your plan and unlocks, and process payments.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms.
• To send essential service emails (sign-in, receipts, important changes). Marketing emails only with your consent.

Where it lives and who processes it

• The application, database and analytics are self-hosted on servers operated for Like a King Inc. (Hetzner, EU).
• Stripe processes payments as an independent controller for payment data.
• We don't sell or rent personal data.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics are cookieless.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Email info@likeaking.pro and we'll respond within 30 days.
