Acceptable Use Policy

Read it together with the Terms of Service.

1. Illegal and harmful content

Do not use the Service, or any template, component, design, brand pack, export or Output, to create, store, share or promote:

• anything illegal where you or your audience are, or that helps someone break the law;
• child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors (we report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to law enforcement as the law requires);
• sexual or intimate images of a real person without their consent, including sexual deepfakes;
• threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, or content that encourages violence or self-harm;
• hate content that attacks people for a protected characteristic;
• terrorist or violent extremist content;
• malware, phishing pages, credential harvesting, crypto miners, hidden trackers, or code that collects data without clear notice;
• sites or brands for illegal goods or services, or for scams, pyramid schemes or fraud.

2. Other people’s rights

Do not:

• copy or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, trade dress, design right, patent, privacy or publicity right;
• make logos, names or brands that copy or imitate another company’s trademark or trade dress, or that are meant to confuse people about who is behind a product;
• use a real person’s name, image, voice or likeness without permission;
• use the style extractor or any feature to clone another website’s protected content or look;
• submit other people’s personal information without a lawful basis, or their passwords, keys or payment details.

3. Deception and misuse of AI

Do not use the Service or Output to:

• impersonate a person, company, government body or AnimatedWebs, or make look-alike sites of real brands;
• create fake reviews, fake endorsements, fake testimonials, fake certificates or fake scarcity;
• mislead people about whether content was made by AI where the law requires disclosure, or remove AI labels or provenance data we or a provider add;
• make false claims about products, health, finances or results;
• run political or election content that breaks the law or a provider’s policies;
• generate content that breaks the usage policies of the AI provider that processed the request (see the AI Terms).

4. Attacks on the Service and its limits

Do not:

• scrape, crawl, bulk download, mirror, frame or cache the Service or its content, except through the authenticated MCP server and Pro API within your plan and the API Terms;
• extract prompts, paid content, component source or DESIGN.md files from page source, network traffic, the MCP server or the API beyond what your plan allows;
• get around unlocks, paywalls, download allowances, rate limits, daily AI limits or other technical limits;
• create or use several accounts, keys or identities to get more free use, more included downloads or more referral credit;
• jailbreak, prompt-inject or otherwise try to make our AI features ignore their instructions, reveal system prompts or provider keys, or produce content they are set to refuse;
• probe, scan, load test or attack the Service, its servers or its providers, or try to get into accounts or data that are not yours. Report security issues as our security reporting section explains, and do not access other people’s data while testing;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, the Brand Studio engine or our AI configuration;
• interfere with other users’ use of the Service.

5. Sharing and reselling

Do not:

• share your account, password, API key or MCP connection, or let others use them;
• resell, sublicense, rent or give access to the Service, the API, the MCP server or any content from them, or build a proxy, wrapper or dataset that exposes them to others;
• publish or redistribute templates, prompts, components, demos or brand pack engine files as such (the license in section 4 of the Terms applies);
• use the Service or any content from it to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, or to build a competing template, component, prompt or logo library.

6. Spam and promotion

Do not send spam (unsolicited email, SMS, direct messages or comments) about AnimatedWebs or anything made with it. Affiliates must also follow the promotion rules in the Affiliate Terms, including clear disclosure of commissions.

7. Sites you build and deploy

You are responsible for sites you build, export or deploy with the Service. They must follow this policy and the law, and the terms of the host you use. Replace demo media with media you own or license before you publish.

8. What we may do

If we reasonably believe you broke this policy, we may, in proportion to the problem and with notice where reasonable: remove or disable content; refuse or stop a generation; reduce limits; revoke API keys or MCP access; suspend or end creator or affiliate status and hold earnings as those terms allow; suspend or close accounts; and report illegal activity to the authorities or to the affected rights holder. We may preserve information as the law allows. We have no duty to monitor, and not acting is not a waiver. These steps do not limit any other remedy, including an injunction.

9. Reporting a problem

Report abuse, infringing content or a security issue through the contact form or hello@animatedwebs.com. Copyright notices go to our designated agent under the Copyright and DMCA Policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes follow section 26.1 of the Terms of Service.
