AI Terms
These AI Terms are part of the AnimatedWebs Terms of Service between you and Like a King Inc.. Words defined in the Terms mean the same here. If these AI Terms and the Terms conflict about an AI feature, these AI Terms control for that feature, except that section 21 of the Terms (arbitration) always controls.
Read them together with the Terms of Service and the AI Disclosure.
1. Which features these terms cover
“AI Features” means every feature of the Service that uses an AI model, including:
- AnimatedWebs AI in the UI Library component generator (tools.animatedwebs.com) and in Design (design.animatedwebs.com);
- Brand Studio AI features: brand strategy, names, copy, concepts and AI images (brand.animatedwebs.com);
- MCP server features that generate a result from your description;
- any AI feature we add later.
They also cover your use of your own provider key in Design, and what third-party AI tools produce from our prompts (section 6). Some features also work without AI. For example, Brand Studio’s built-in design engine makes logos in your browser, and its answers replace AI answers when AI limits run out. Output from those engines is treated as Output under these terms too.
2. Inputs
2.1 What you send. “Input” means the prompts, briefs, descriptions, images, URLs and settings you give an AI Feature. You are responsible for your Input and promise that you have the rights to submit it.
2.2 What not to send. Do not put passwords, API keys, payment details, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information in Input, or personal information about other people without a lawful basis.
2.3 Processing by providers. To run an AI Feature we send your Input, and the instructions we add, to one or more AI providers (section 4). You authorize that.
3. Output
3.1 Use of Output. As between you and us, we claim no ownership of Output made for you, and you may use it for any lawful purpose, subject to the Terms, these AI Terms, the Brand Studio Terms for Brand Studio Output, any third-party licenses for parts of it (such as fonts, icons and open-source code), and the policies of the provider that made it.
3.2 No promise of rights. Under current US Copyright Office guidance and court decisions, material made only by AI may not be protected by copyright, and only your own creative contributions may be. We do not promise that any Output can be owned, registered or enforced against others.
3.3 Not unique. AI models can give the same or similar Output to other users. You get no exclusive rights in Output, and we may give similar Output to others.
3.4 Our rights in the Service stay ours. Output does not include our templates, prompts, components, code or other content that an AI Feature quotes, adapts or is built on. Those stay under the license in section 4 of the Terms.
4. AI providers
4.1 Current providers. Today, AI Features use these providers. We may add, change or remove providers at any time and will keep this list and the Privacy Policy current. Some providers are used only when we have switched them on for a feature.
- AnimatedWebs AI (UI generator, Design, MCP generation): free hosted open models through OpenRouter (and the model hosts it routes to) and Groq.
- Brand Studio text (strategy, names, copy): free models as above for free users; for Pro, within paid caps, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini), xAI and OpenCode Zen, as configured.
- Brand Studio images: Hugging Face (for example FLUX.1 schnell), OpenAI and Google (Gemini), as configured.
- Your own key in Design: the provider you choose: Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI or OpenRouter.
4.2 Provider terms apply. Providers process requests under their own terms and privacy policies. You must not use AI Features in a way that breaks the usage policy of the provider processing your request. Their policies are published on their websites (for example the Anthropic Usage Policy, OpenAI Usage Policies, Google Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, xAI Acceptable Use Policy, OpenRouter Terms, Groq Terms and the license of each open model).
4.3 Free models. Free models routed through OpenRouter are run by different hosts, whose data practices differ. Some hosts of free models may log inputs or use them to improve their models under their own policies. Do not send anything you would not want a third party to see.
4.4 Your own key. When you add your own provider key, requests made with it go to that provider under your account and your contract with it, and you pay that provider. We store the key only to make the requests you ask for, as the Design screens and Privacy Policy explain. You are responsible for that account, its limits, its costs and its policies. Our daily limits do not apply to requests made with your key, but these AI Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy do.
4.5 Provider problems. We are not responsible for provider outages, errors, model changes, content filters, data practices or price changes. If a provider is not available, a feature may use another provider or the built-in engine, or may not work.
5. Our use of Input and Output
5.1 To run the Service. We use Input and Output to provide the feature, enforce limits, prevent abuse, debug and keep the Service working.
5.2 Logs. We keep the logs described on the AI Disclosure page and in the Privacy Policy. For example, for UI and Design Studio generations we store your account ID, the tool, the first 1,200 characters of your prompt, the model and the time; for Design workspace AI requests, only the account ID, model and time.
5.3 No training by us. We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models without your separate opt-in consent. Section 4 explains provider practices.
5.4 Safety review. We may use automated tools and, where needed, people to review Input and Output for abuse, safety and legal compliance, and to block requests.
6. Prompts used with third-party AI tools
Our templates are prompts and code you use with your own AI tool (for example Claude, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT, Lovable, v0 or Bolt). What those tools produce from our prompts is up to them and varies from run to run. We do not control or promise their results, and these AI Terms’ disclaimers apply to them.
7. Labels and transparency
We may label content made with AI, or add machine-readable markers or provenance data to AI images and files, where the law requires or where we choose to. Do not remove them where the law requires them to stay. If you publish AI Output to people in the European Union or elsewhere where disclosure rules apply, you are responsible for any disclosure your use requires.
8. Disclaimers for AI Features
AI OUTPUT IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. AI OUTPUT CAN BE WRONG, INCOMPLETE, INSECURE, INACCESSIBLE, BIASED, OFFENSIVE, OUT OF DATE, OR SIMILAR OR IDENTICAL TO EXISTING WORKS, TRADEMARKS, LOGOS OR CODE. THE ANIMATEDWEBS PARTIES DO NOT REVIEW OUTPUT FOR ACCURACY, ORIGINALITY OR LEGAL CLEARANCE BEFORE YOU GET IT (AUTOMATED SAFETY FILTERS UNDER SECTION 5.4 ARE NOT SUCH A REVIEW) AND MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT IT, INCLUDING THAT IT IS ACCURATE, SECURE, ORIGINAL, NON-INFRINGING, REGISTRABLE, OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE.
In particular:
- Code may contain bugs, security holes, accessibility problems or licensed code. Review and test it before you use it, and do not deploy it to production without review.
- Brand names, logos and copy may match or resemble existing trademarks or works. Section 4 of the Brand Studio Terms applies.
- Images may resemble real people, places, artworks or marks by chance. Do not use them to depict a real person without permission.
- Facts and claims in copy may be invented. Check every claim before you publish it.
- No professional advice. Output is not legal, trademark, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
You decide whether and how to use Output, and you are responsible for that use (section 17 of the Terms). The limits on liability in section 16 of the Terms apply.
9. Limits and fair use
AI Features have daily and monthly limits that depend on your plan and are shown on the Pricing page and the product pages. We may change limits and may slow or block use that looks automated or abusive. Getting around limits breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Changes
We may change these AI Terms. Material changes follow section 26.1 of the Terms of Service.
