1. General information

Everything on AnimatedWebs, including template pages, guides, the blog, research reports and tool output, is general information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete, up to date or right for your situation. Prices, plan features and limits can change.

2. Results are not guaranteed

A template, prompt or tool can help you build a site faster. It cannot promise a business result. We do not guarantee traffic, search rankings, conversions, sales, revenue, speed scores or any other outcome. Results depend on your content, your hosting, your market and many things we do not control.

3. AI output

• AI features can produce output that is wrong, incomplete, out of date, biased or similar to other output. Two people can receive the same or similar results.
• Check AI output before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for what you use, including facts, names, claims, code and images.
• Generated code may contain bugs or security flaws. Review and test it before it goes live.
• Output is not a substitute for a designer, developer or lawyer where you need one.

4. Templates and previews

• Live demos show a template as designed. Speed, motion and appearance vary by browser, device, connection and settings, so your own copy may not look or run exactly the same.
• Demo photos, video, names, text and numbers are placeholders. They are not real businesses or testimonials. You must replace them with your own content, and you are responsible for the rights to what you publish.
• Templates are provided “as is”. We do not promise that a template works with every framework, builder, host or browser, or that it meets the rules of your industry or country.
• Test every template for accessibility, performance and legal requirements (for example privacy notices and cookie rules) before launch.

5. Not professional advice

Nothing on AnimatedWebs is legal, tax, financial, medical, accounting or other professional advice. Our legal pages describe how we run the service. They do not tell you how the law applies to your own business. If you need advice, ask a qualified professional.

6. Third-party links, tools and services

We link to other sites and work with third-party tools, AI providers, directories and marketplaces. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. A link, listing or badge from another site is not an endorsement by us, and ours is not an endorsement by them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. The Subprocessors page lists the vendors that handle data for us.

7. Creators and community content

Creators publish their own templates through the Creator Program. We review them under our Marketplace Guidelines, but a creator's work remains their own and we do not guarantee it. A Certified Partner badge confirms that we reviewed work or identity at the time. It is not a warranty of any person's skills or services.

8. Availability

We work to keep AnimatedWebs running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or remove features, and outages can happen.

9. Limits of liability

Warranty disclaimers and limits on our liability are in the Terms of Service. They apply to everything on this page. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
